JOB RESPONSIBILITY (BASED ON ROLE) :

Field CSO (Direct Lending) : 
• Identify new business areas / villages.
• Sources and on board customers into NABFINS lending programs. 
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
• Follow up on disbursement dates with customers. 
• Manage collections/ repayments from customers.
Back-office CSO ( Finance / Operations) : 
• Verify and authorize remittance entries.
• Reconcile daily collections.
• Maintain branch records, files, registers.
• Support accounting tasks and data entry.
